Prompt: Write about a truth you were afraid to accept.

Prompt Response: A major thing I was very afraid to accept was change. At some point I got very used to regular daily things, got very used to the same people and not realizing that these sorts of things and people aren't gonna benefit me in the future. Those sorts of things aren't gonna help me and they turned out to be very negative for my health and my mental health as well. Acceptance was hard enough already. Realize that change meant that nothing will be the same once I started and I've grown so much more since then, personally, mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually.

Summary: September 23, 2025, Absent at school, Had a dentist appointment.

Reflection: I strive to be the best that I can be everyday in any way, to reach my goals and to achieve my long term goals in the future.
