Recall a specific incident when someone’s words offended you. Describe what was said, how it made you feel, and what actions you took in response. Reflect on whether your response helped resolve the situation or changed how you think about communication.

Prompt Response: I recall this one time when a female that I used to be friends with was upset with me because I was paying more attention to another friend instead of her. I tried to resolve the situation by asking what was word and she said "Leave me alone, You're ruining my morning" I felt dumbfounded and I felt taken back by this, she screamed that at my face. The following actions that I took were actually leaving her alone and I left her alone for good. I didn't try to speak to her the following days or the next following weeks, I actually left her alone and we are no longer friends. I became the bigger person in this situation, I kept my mouth shut and minded my own business because I know that I don't owe anybody an explanation, she went ahead and took it up on social media and told people about the situation instead of trying to resolve it with me, I'm comfortable enough to say I'm glad I got away from her and I'm at peace.

Summary: September 15, 2025, Felt Ill in the morning, spent a period and a half in the nurses office.

Reflection: I strive to be the best that I can be everyday in any way, to achieve my long term goals so that I can become the best that I can be.
