Prompt: Write about a moment when you had to step out of your comfort zone.

 Prompt Response: i recall the first time I've ever stepped out of my comfort zone which was in the first grade when I had my first ever presentation project.in that moment I had a lot of nerve building up but the day before I practice my lines of what I was going to say. During my presentation i did absolutely wonderful i wasn't  as scared as I was before stepping up in front of the class. That's where I first gained so much confidence and my presentation was phenomenal. i did so well that I got praised my teacher even told my mother on how well I did and now public speaking doesn't fear me as much as it used to when I was younger.

Reflection: i strive to be the best that I can be each and everyday for the better of my mental health and for the ones that I love. To keep a positive mindset and to reach my end of day goals.
