Prompt: What is the best piece of advice of that your parent or guardian has given you? Tell what the advice was and what prompted you to ask the question.

Prompt Response:  I've gone through lots of personal things in my life and my main motive was  my older sister. My older sister explained that I didn't need to tell her everything if I didn't feel comfortable and that the most important thing was " you only got yourself in this life".  From there on I understood that only i can understand myself and my only limitation with myself.  I didn't need others to understand what I was going through but what I really needed to understand was myself. Long as I knew that I had me, then I knew I was going to be okay.

Summary: February 6, 2026, The Interactive Oral project was presented to me and I caught up on read for the book "Wild".

Reflection:   I strive to be the best that I can be everyday in any way possible. For the best of my future and for my health. Thank god every single day for what I have been blessed with.
