Prompt: When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?
Prompt Response: When I am upset or feeling some sort of way that I wish i could not be feeling, I either, sleep it off, watch a Netflix show or movie, do things like self care, or eat off my emotions. In any way that I possibly can, I try to find ways to calm myself down or simply distract myself. When I am doing these things I also prefer to be alone because I like to have my own personal bubble. Isolation is how I tend to get better.
Summary: January 29, 2026, We presented our projects on chapter 6 of Wild this day. My group did a great job and I am very proud of them.
Reflection: I strive to be the best that I can be everyday in any way possible for the better good of my mental, physical, and emotional health, and so that the people around me can also get the very best of me.
